814 Home Buyers is a local, family-owned business based right here in Erie, Pennsylvania. We’re not a big corporation or an out-of-town investment company. We’re local residents who care about our community and the people who live here.

Over the years, we’ve talked with homeowners facing all kinds of situations. Some inherited a property they don’t want to keep. Others are dealing with a house that needs major repairs, a difficult life transition, or simply a property that’s become more of a burden than a blessing. No matter the situation, our goal is always the same: help people understand their options and find the solution that makes the most sense for them.

Kyle and Alyssa Forte are the heart behind 814 Home Buyers. Deeply connected to the Erie community, they are passionate about giving back to the place they proudly call home. Both Kyle and Alyssa are full-time teachers who dedicate their lives to helping others, both in the classroom and through their real estate business. Kyle, a committed real estate professional, finds joy in helping families navigate life’s transitions with care, compassion, and understanding. Together with their two young children, Kyle and Alyssa have built a family-centered business based on honesty, service, and a genuine desire to make a positive and lasting difference in the lives of local families across Erie.
